Consultation has concluded. More details to follow
Consultation 24 August to midnight on 18 September 2022
Lancaster City Museums are working with local partners to try and secure funding to stage an exhibition, events and activities based around the Silverdale Viking Age hoard.
As well as the Silverdale Hoard we want to try and bring other local Viking Age hoards to Lancaster.
As we develop the exhibition and events we would really appreciate your views on what you would most like to see and experience.
The current plan is to display the Viking Age hoards at the Maritime Museum and then, following this, the Silverdale Hoard in Silverdale at the Library. This builds upon a project that had to be postponed back in 2020 due to the pandemic.
We would be very grateful therefore if you could complete the following survey.
