Our journey
At the start of the pandemic Customer Services created your Community Hub to ensure we were able to provide help, advice and support to our residents across the District.
The Town Halls are currently supporting the NHS in its' efforts to vaccinate and test local people to stop the spread of Coronavirus. This has changed the way we have supported the District throughout the pandemic.
Community Hub
We want to offer the opportunity for all residents to connect with our Community Hub at a time and location that is convenient for you, providing you with a more personalised approach. We are here to answer your queries relating to City Council services and signposting to local services.
