The information that you provide will help Lancaster City Council to shape future support to the residents of the district.

We would like to understand if the items and information that you received in the “Clean Bag” helped to prevent onward transmission within your household.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to take part. All those that do take part will be entered into a monthly prize draw for a £40 high street voucher.
