What does the coastline of Morecambe Bay mean to you?

As part of the Our Future Coast project we are inviting local craft and art groups (individuals are also most welcome!) across the Lancaster and Morecambe District to create art which represents what Morecambe Bay means to them. 

What do you admire most about the coastline? What is interesting about it? How does it make you feel? From sunsets to the views, wildlife and life beside it, we are interested in it all!

Paintings, tactile pieces, dance videos, poetry and music pieces, digital- all mediums are welcome and there's no limit to the number of pieces your group sends. Don't worry, there's plenty of time to start creating, we will be looking to collate early 2025 ready for display come March 2025.
