Lancaster District | The CSI Programme has been running very successfully now for 7 years across Lancashire. It is a bespoke behaviour change programme for people who need to build up their resilience to substance misuse. This includes working with ex-offenders, those with Mental Health issues (especially Dual Diagnosis), gambling addictions and just as importantly their friends & families too. Lancaster | A local charity created to support men of all ages in the Lancaster area with their physical and mental health through a wide variety of activities. Our goal can be summed up in three words : 'wellbeing through doing'. Our focus is the wellbeing of men, but both women and men are welcome in LMH. | ||
