You are invited to take part in an online survey on your recent experiences of self-isolation. Lancaster Council would like to understand more about your experiences of self-isolation and the impact it had on your health and wellbeing. The information you provide will help Lancaster Council provide support for other young people who are asked to self-isolate.
You have been contacted because you have been asked to self-isolate recently. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you are under no obligation to take part. If you would like to take part, please complete the survey. All those taking part will be entered into a price draw for a £20 high street vouchers.
We are also looking for volunteers to take part in focus groups about your experiences of self-isolation. If you would like to take part in a focus group, please provide your contact details in the survey and someone from Lancaster Council will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to take part. If you are selected to take part in a focus group, you will be reimbursed for your time with a £10 shopping voucher.
