The draft sustainable design, energy efficiency and renewable energy generation policies within the Climate Emergency Review of the Local Plan (submitted to the Secretary of State for Examination, more detail on this can be viewed here) have been amended to improve how they address sustainable design, energy efficiency and renewable energy generation in the Lancaster District.
The draft Sustainable Design, Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Generation SPD provides advice in support of policies DM30a, DM30b, DM30c and DM53.
