No one wants to see people bedding down in doorways, living in a squat or having to sleep on the floors or sofas of friends and family, but experience tells us that ending homelessness is difficult.

This Community Conversation hosted by Councillor Caroline Jackson, Lancaster City Council Portfolio Holder for Housing, explored what we can do as organisations and community members to help end homelessness.

Includes short presentations from:

  • Sharon Parkinson, Lancaster City Council
  • Lindsay Brown, Lancashire and Morecambe Police
  • Dr Andy Knox, Population of Health for Morecambe Bay
  • Mark Thomas, Lets Be Friends Project
  • Andrew Bryant, Calico Supported Living Project
