The Scrutiny Panel is a group of independent Lancaster City Council Tenants who look at the services provided by Lancaster City Council considering such things as value for money and how the service is delivered. They are looked at as the critical friends of Lancaster City Council and they need your input as a service user to be able to assess how well the communal cleaning contract is delivered. The Scrutiny Panel will use the information you provide in this consultation survey to compile a report and put forward recommendations to the Senior Housing Team. Please help the Panel with this by completing the survey with them.
