Consultation has now closed.  The neighbourhood plan documents and all representations will be submitted for examination by an independent planning inspector, who will determine if the plan meets certain criteria requirements and standards. More details to follow on the council website, link below

Lancaster City Council consulted on the Caton-with-Littledale Neighbourhood Plan for seven weeks, from Thursday 18 November 2021 to Thursday 6 January 2022.

Now the consultation has ended, Lancaster City Council will submit the plan and all associated comments to an independent planning inspector / examiner, who will determine if the plan meets certain requirements and standards.  

Caton-with-Littledale Parish Council has previously consulted on their plan, however, this final consultation will be led by the City Council, as outlined in Regulation 16 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

The Caton-with-Littledale Neighbourhood Plan sets out the planning framework about how Caton-with-Littledale residents and businesses would like the parish to development over the next 10 years up to 2031.
