Lancaster City Council want residents in blocks of flats to be at the heart of decision making about where they live. This consultation is part of Lancaster City Councils commitment to building safety following the guidance set out by the Government to ensure all housing providers have a Resident Engagement Strategy for building safety in place. Lancaster City Council have had a Resident Engagement Strategy in place now for 12 months. We are consulting with you again now to see how this strategy has changed how you receive information and if the strategy has made you feel safer in your home. Lancaster City Council would like to know how we can improve how we inform residents about building safety. Lancaster City Council want you as residents to contribute to the review and development of this document.
